MCS and Heat Geek climate control engineers

Efficient design and installation for energy savings.

The Director

Hello, I’m Marlon Williams MEng EngTech FCIPHE MIET.

I left college in 2010 and entered the workforce as an industrial plumber-pipefitter.

Over my 15 year journey on the tools, through supervision and into project management, I’ve worked on power stations, data centres and university buildings, as well as residential new build projects.

Over the years I have worked on heating, cooling, ventilation and automated smart control systems (BMS), commissioning and handing projects over under the most onerous conditions, with severe quality scrutiny from main contractors and client appointed consultants alike.

  • Fellow status at the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), the only professional body for plumbing and heating in the UK

  • Masters in Engineering Management (OU)

  • Heat Geek certified status (the domestic heating design gold standard)

  • Certified Level 4 Electrical Designer status

  • Loxone controls and automation certification

  • Full membership of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), the UK’s leading electrical professional society
